ND PrimeCare offers telehealth consultations, including direct primary care, weight management programs, and other non-emergency medical services. Our services are only available to residents of Florida, USA. You agree that our services are not intended for emergency medical conditions and do not replace the role of your primary care physician.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. You must also be physically located in Florida during the time of the consultation.
Membership Plans
ND PrimeCare offers flexible membership plans. Your membership includes access to telehealth consultations and discounted rates on medications and laboratory tests. Payments for membership are made monthly, and failure to pay may result in termination of your services.
Medical Consultations and Prescriptions
Medical consultations are provided via telehealth, and any prescriptions (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide) will be sent to an FDA-approved pharmacy, which will ship the medication to your home. ND PrimeCare does not prescribe controlled substances and does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued after every consultation.
Payment and Fees
All payments are required at the time of booking your consultation. Membership plans, medication, and laboratory tests are billed separately, and costs may vary depending on your specific needs. A one-time registration fee applies to all new patients.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. For any issues related to medication shipping or lab testing, please contact our customer service for assistance.
