Treatments may include semaglutide or tirzepatide injections if you qualify. The initial consultation costs $100, which is added to the first month of treatment if you are a candidate.

This includes unlimited telehealth visits, prescriptions, and access to discounted lab tests and medications. • Weight Management: The initial consultation is $100, which will be added to the cost of your first month of treatment if you qualify. Follow-up visits are included as part of the ongoing program.

What are the contraindications for Semaglutide?Semaglutide is not recommended for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). These medications are also contraindicated for individuals with severe gastrointestinal issues, pancreatitis, or a known allergy to any components of the medication. If you have any of these conditions, alternative treatments will be explored during your consultation.

How does the weight loss treatment with injections work?For our weight loss treatment, we prescribe semaglutide Injections from a pharmacy fully accredited by PCAB and NCPA. The medication is shipped directly to your home, and you will administer the injection yourself once a week. We provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure you feel confident in applying the medication safely and effectively.
