Do you accept insurance?

No, NDPrime Care does not accept insurance. Our practice operates on a cash-only model, meaning all services are paid directly by patients. This allows us to offer transparent pricing without dealing with insurance processes or prior authorizations.
Will I need to deal with prior authorizations from my insurance company?

Our pricing is straightforward and transparent: • Primary Care Membership: $35 per month for children up to 17 years old, $50 per month for adults 18 and older. This includes unlimited telehealth visits, prescriptions, and access to discounted lab tests and medications. • Weight Management: The initial consultation is $100, which will be added to the cost of your first month of treatment if you qualify. Follow-up visits are included as part of the ongoing program.
Do you offer discounted prices for lab tests and medications?

What are the contraindications for Semaglutide?

Semaglutide is not recommended for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). These medications are also contraindicated for individuals with severe gastrointestinal issues, pancreatitis, or a known allergy to any components of the medication. If you have any of these conditions, alternative treatments will be explored during your consultation.
How do telehealth visits work?

How does the weight loss treatment with injections work?

For our weight loss treatment, we prescribe semaglutide Injections from a pharmacy fully accredited by PCAB and NCPA. The medication is shipped directly to your home, and you will administer the injection yourself once a week. We provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure you feel confident in applying the medication safely and effectively.
